Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order. All shipping options and their prices are shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide to every country, with tracking on every order. Depending on your country, local import duties or taxes may apply on delivery.

Dispatch

We ship every order the next day after it is placed.

Tracking

Every order is shipped with a tracking number. You will receive it by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. You can also check your order status on our Track order page.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking stops updating or your parcel seems to be lost, email us at info@lumanoel.net with your order number. We will chase it with the carrier, or send a replacement or a refund.

Address errors

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can change the address only before the order has shipped.
