2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

3. Products

LumaNoel is an LED curtain light powered by USB, with a controller and a remote. It is sold as lights only: the fabric curtain and curtain rod shown in our photos are not included. Product images are for illustration; small differences in color, brightness or packaging may occur.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your region. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout before you pay. We ship worldwide; depending on your country, local import duties may apply on delivery. Payment is taken when you place your order. If an order was placed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping and offer a full refund.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if the product is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our shipping area or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

7. Returns and refunds

Every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund policy.

8. Safe use

Use the lights indoors with a standard USB power source. Do not cut, pull or modify the strands or the controller. Keep small parts such as the remote battery away from children and pets. Switch the lights off when you are away for a long time.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the LumaNoel name, logo, text, images and videos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
